The Nordic Empress Realisation of a waterfall of a couple of metres height would seem like child's play !
But what if that waterfall is to be realised aboard a ship, always subject to a rocking motion ? This project required that the water would flow from basin to basin without splashing or overflowing.
To ensure the safe execution of this project, a full-scale model was built. Placed in our experimental basin, this tool enabled a simulation of the boat's motion.
